Richard has over 30 years’ experience in the legal, investment banking and technology sectors.  He has advised substantial domestic and international corporations, investors, Government business enterprises through to emerging companies on mergers and acquisitions, divestments, capital raisings, as well as corporate and financial strategy.  Richard holds qualifications in accounting, finance and law, with post-graduate qualifications in applied finance and investment.

He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, has held directorships of private and ASX listed companies and is currently a director of SGEGGS Darlinghurst Limited and the chairman of LiteracyPlanet Holdings Limited.
